No Experience Required | Paid On-the-Job Training | 4-Day Full time Week
Croydon Central Dental is seeking a motivated school leaver or junior candidate to launch their healthcare career at our advanced 6-chair facility. We are offering a dedicated trainee position where you will learn from scratch alongside our collaborative team of 10 practitioners and 15 support staff. Absolutely no prior dental experience is required.
Comprehensive Training & Remuneration
- The Training Phase: You will begin with a structured training program running for approximately three weeks (or your first 20 days) at a trainee rate of $21 per hour.
- Graduation to Standard Rates: You will transition to our normal dental assistant wage once you can operate independently. This transition occurs upon independent verification that you can manage your clinical duties with no supervision or assistance required from our senior nurses.
The Schedule
We offer a unique full-time roster compressed into just four days per week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
- Shift Times: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (10-hour days) with a 1-hour meal break in the middle.
- Hours: 30 to 38 hours per week.
- Weekends: You will be required to work alternative Saturdays to ensure clinic coverage.
