Are you an experienced Workplace Health & Safety professional looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact across a diverse organisation?

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on WHS Advisor to join a well-established organisation, supporting workplace safety across multiple locations throughout Perth metro.

Reporting to the Manager, Safety & Risk, you will play an important role in strengthening safety practices, providing practical guidance and promoting a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, hazards and near misses, including root cause analysis.
- Provide practical WHS advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Monitor safety performance, identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support injury management and workers' compensation processes.
- Coordinate safety representatives, emergency procedures and WHS meetings.
- Deliver safety training and promote continuous improvement.





About You

- Degree in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a WHS Advisor or similar position.
- Practical experience conducting inspections, investigations and risk assessments.
- Sound knowledge of the WA Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's licence and National Police Clearance.
- Comfortable travelling between multiple sites across WA.
