CF Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our growing construction team in Queensland.

This role will involve supporting the delivery of complex civil construction projects, with a strong focus on piling, anchoring systems and ground engineering works. The successful candidate will play a key role in site coordination, technical oversight and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with design specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and support on-site construction activities related to piling, anchoring, and foundation works
- Interpret engineering drawings, geotechnical reports, and technical specifications
- Assist in planning and sequencing of piling and anchoring operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour on-site
- Ensure all works comply with Australian Standards, project specifications, and WHS requirements
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks for piling/anchoring installations
- Support project managers with reporting, documentation and progress tracking




- Monitor site productivity, materials usage, and construction timelines
- Assist in resolving technical issues in office in collaboration with engineers and designers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects
- Strong hands-on experience in piling and anchoring systems (essential)
- Knowledge of geotechnical construction methods and ground engineering principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and WHS requirements
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management tools

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
