Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. In this role, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless stay from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experience
- Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries, requests, and special needs
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately
- Handle phone calls, emails, and online bookings professionally
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards

Requirements:





- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Experience using Room Master or similar property management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
