Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Hassall Grove, NSW

Save Our Service is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) for a full-time position at a childcare centre in Hassall Grove, Sydney NSW.

We are seeking a qualified ECT holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, who is committed to delivering high-quality early learning experiences.

About the Role

- Full-time, ongoing position in Hassall Grove, NSW.

- Plan and implement engaging, play-based educational programs.

- Support children's learning, development and school readiness.

- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

- Build robust relationships with children, families and fellow educators.

- Observe, document and assess children's developmental progress.

- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high-quality care and education.

- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF and relevant regulations.

Essential Requirements
- Completed Bachelor of Teaching or Masters

- Completion of Child Protection Course CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk.

- Current HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate.





- Current HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting, or appropriate Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training that meets the relevant regulatory requirements.

- Completion of mandatory National Child Safety Training (GECCKO).

- Current Working With Children Check clearance valid for paid employment.

- Current NESA accreditation (Conditional, Provisional or Proficient).

Desirable Requirements
- Previous teaching experience, particularly within a long day care setting.

- Current Class C driver's licence.

- Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations within the early childhood sector.

- Strong computer literacy.

- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
