What you’ll do

As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the on-site pharmacy team and deliver high quality and effective specialist pharmacy services to our valued customers and patients. - Lead our pharmacy operations, provide professional services such as vaccinations, and medication supply catering to the needs of our valued community customers and nursing home residents.
- Foster robust relationships with our surrounding health professionals and medical practices.
- Provide direction and mentorship for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
- High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
- Previous experience in an Australian community pharmacy setting is essential
