An established and growing technology-focused organisation is seeking a highly organised Sales & Order Coordinator to support the end-to-end sales and order process.

This is a pivotal role where you'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Customer teams to ensure quotes, orders and customer requirements are accurately managed from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

Description

You will play a key role in supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction by:

- Preparing and managing customer quotations
- Processing orders and validating documentation
- Maintaining accurate customer and asset information within business systems
- Coordinating order progression across internal teams
- Supporting maintenance and service-related requests
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
- Identifying and resolving issues that may impact customer outcomes





Profile

To be successful, you will bring:

- Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, customer operations, order management or a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Confidence working across multiple systems and priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce experience highly regarded

Job Offer

- Salary package of $70,000-$75,000 + super
