Jason Commercial is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager & Leasing Specialist to join our established team in Tullamarine.
This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys managing commercial properties but also has the drive to list, negotiate and lease commercial and industrial properties.
You will manage an established portfolio, providing the security of a competitive base salary, while having the opportunity to increase your earnings through leasing commissions, new listings and business development.
Supported by experienced leadership and a strong administration team, this role offers both stability and genuine earning potential beyond traditional property management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage an established commercial, retail and industrial portfolio
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, outgoings, maintenance and compliance
- List, market and lease commercial and industrial properties
- Conduct inspections and negotiate leasing terms
- Identify new listings, leasing and business development opportunities
- Deliver excellent client service and contribute to portfolio growth
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- Ideally 2+ years' commercial property management and leasing experience
- Current Victorian real estate registration or licence
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and property management
- Confident negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive approach to leasing and business development
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, professional and results-driven
- Current driver's licence
