About the Role – Administration Air Conditioning

As the Administration Air Conditioning team member, you’ll be at the centre of the department’s daily operations. Your role is all about keeping the wheels turning, scheduling jobs, supporting sales, communicating with clients, and ensuring the team has what they need to deliver exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for technicians and job workflows





- Liaise with clients to deliver clear, supportive communication

- Assist with sales tasks including quoting and follow-ups

- Manage administrative systems, documentation, and department organisation

- Communicate across teams to ensure smooth, aligned operations

- Support the AC department in delivering outstanding service experiences
