Altitude Supplements is looking for reliable, motivated and knowledgeable Christmas Casuals to join our team across our two Perth Airport stores.
We are a specialist supplement retailer servicing FIFO workers, travellers, gym-goers and health-conscious customers.
Please note: This position requires existing supplement industry experience and strong product knowledge. It is not suitable for applicants with little or no understanding of supplements. If you do not have experience and know your way around the wonderful world of sports supplements - don't apply. Yes, we are stressing this ;-)
You must be confident discussing products, understanding customer needs and making suitable recommendations without needing to be taught the basics.
About the Role
This is a Christmas casual position offering approximately 10 hours per week initially, with significant potential for additional hours.
For the right person, there is also MASSIVE potential for ongoing employment beyond the Christmas and New Year period once you have consistently demonstrated your reliability, product knowledge and sales ability.

Our stores open early to accommodate airport travellers, so some shifts require a 3:45am start.
Yes, we pay for Airport parking if you are employed with us.
Store Trading Hours - both locations
- Monday to Thursday: 4:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 4:00am – 2:30pm
Your Role Will Include
- Providing knowledgeable customer service and driving sales
- Achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Upselling and cross-selling products
- Providing supplement advice and product recommendations
- Processing sales and handling cash/EFTPOS transactions
- Restocking, merchandising and maintaining stock presentation
- Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
- Following company policies and procedures
- Working independently
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous supplement industry experience and product knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence in sales, upselling and working towards targets
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliability, maturity and trustworthiness
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Qualified personal presentation
- Ability to follow directions, policies and procedures
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport are essential due to our early trading hours
- Applicants must be comfortable working independently during solo shifts
Hours & Availability
- Approximately 10 hours per week initially
- Significant opportunity for additional hours once proven
- Potential for ongoing employment beyond the Christmas season
- Early morning and daytime shifts
- Some shifts commencing at 3:45am
- No late-night trading
- Availability throughout the Christmas and New Year period is essential
