As we continue to expand our presence in Western Australia, we are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Clinical Support Specialist / Territory Sales Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical device professional or clinically trained individual looking to develop a career in the spinal and orthopaedic medical device industry.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting surgical procedures, building strong relationships with surgeons and hospital teams, and driving sales growth across our expanding product portfolio.

The position combines hands-on clinical support with territory development and sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional clinical and technical support during spinal and orthopaedic surgical procedures.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, theatre staff and hospital stakeholders.

- Promote and support our portfolio of spinal implants, orthopaedic devices and biologic products.





- Identify new business opportunities and actively develop existing accounts.

- Coordinate surgical case requirements, instrumentation and product availability.

- Deliver product demonstrations, education and training to clinical teams.

- Work closely with management and manufacturing partners to achieve sales objectives.

- Maintain accurate case records, sales activity and territory reporting.

- Represent Pinnacle Health Devices professionally within the operating theatre and wider healthcare environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, motivated, reliable and passionate about building a successful career in medical devices.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in spinal implants, orthopaedics, medical device sales or surgical clinical support.

- A sound understanding of operating theatre environments and surgical procedures.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A proactive, commercially focused approach to business development.

- The ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team.

- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.

Applicants with a nursing, theatre,



allied health or other relevant clinical background who are interested in transitioning into medical device sales are also encouraged to apply.
