EvaKool is an established Australian brand with over 30 years of experience in refrigeration. We're looking for a reliable, motivated and hands-on Production Line Operator to join our manufacturing team in Burpengary East.

This is more than just a production line job. You'll be involved in the full build process from start to finish, working alongside a supportive team that takes pride in producing quality products.

The Opportunity

Working as part of our close-knit production team, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire refrigeration manufacturing process, from preparing components and assembling units through to quality testing, finishing and dispatch.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Preparing components, cabinets and materials for production.

- Assembling refrigeration units, including fitting compressors, wiring, electronics and other components.

- Using hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.

- Conducting quality checks to ensure every product meets EvaKool's standards.

- Finishing, packing and preparing completed products for dispatch.

- Assisting with stock movements and general warehouse activities.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

You'll receive on-the-job training across the production process, giving you the opportunity to broaden your skills and become a valued, multi-skilled member of the team.

About You





We're looking for someone with great work ethic, a practical mindset and a genuine commitment to doing the job right.

- Confidence using hand and power tools.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

- The ability to follow instructions and work safely.

- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake hands-on manufacturing and warehouse duties.

- A willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a team.

- Your own reliable transport and availability for a 6:00am start.

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production or warehousing will be highly regarded, along with mechanical or electrical aptitude.

A forklift licence would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn and takes pride in their work.
