We’re looking for a Community Manager to become the face of our entrepreneurs club in Lane Cove.

The Opportunity

As Community Manager, you’ll be the person our members get to know and rely on: building connections, running events and making The Chamber feel like a club, not just an office.

You’ll get to know our members and their businesses, make introductions, build local partnerships and tell the club’s story on social media. You’ll also run the space day to day, from front of house and meeting rooms to suppliers and building issues, working closely with management and the sales team.

It’s a varied, hands-on role: hosting a networking breakfast one morning, onboarding a current member or running a tour the next, always with an eye for keeping standards high.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play an important role in bringing The Chamber’s entrepreneurs club to life by:

- Getting to know our members and their businesses, and making introductions that help them grow.
- Planning and running networking events, educational sessions, workshops and social activities.
- Building partnerships with local businesses to create perks and opportunities for members.




- Leading new member onboarding and supporting retention and renewals.
- Managing The Chamber’s social media and creating content that showcases our members and events.
- Supporting the sales team with tours, trial days and referrals.
- Running front of house as the first point of contact for members, guests and visitors.
- Taking ownership of day-to-day operations, including cleaning, maintenance and supplier coordination.
- Managing meeting room bookings and hospitality for members and external clients.
- Handling member billing, meeting room charges and monthly reporting.

About You

We’re looking for a people person who loves bringing a community together and is genuinely interested in entrepreneurship and small business. You’re as comfortable hosting an event as you are sorting out a maintenance issue, and you take pride in a space that runs well.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Experience in community management, coworking, hospitality, events or premium customer service.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting people.
- Experience planning and running events.
- Confidence creating social media content and managing online channels.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating contractors and suppliers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workspace management systems.
