At NOVA Entertainment, we have a culture of innovation, creativity and exceptional service. We move fast, think big and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Our values, which we call The Code, shape how we work and how we show up for each other, our clients and audiences.

How does this apply?

Relentless Curiosity is central to this role. You’ll bring deep expertise across audience measurement, research, data and industry tools, while staying curious about emerging methodologies and technologies that can strengthen our capability and impact.

You’ll bring Unwavering Unity to life by providing operational leadership across Audience Intelligence, creating clarity around priorities, workflow, quality and delivery. You’ll connect the team’s expertise with stakeholders across the business, building trusted relationships and ensuring our audience intelligence translates into meaningful business and commercial outcomes.

As a senior subject-matter expert, you’ll safeguard the accuracy and integrity of our audience reporting, provide guidance on complex projects and act as an escalation point for audience intelligence matters. You’ll balance leadership with hands-on delivery, turning complex data and research into clear recommendations, compelling audience stories and practical action.

In practice this looks like:

- Leading the day-to-day operation of Audience Intelligence, balancing workflow, resources, priorities and delivery timelines across competing demands.
- Setting clear quality standards and reviewing key reports, presentations, research outputs, insights and commercial responses.
- Building scalable processes, frameworks and documentation that improve efficiency, reduce duplication and protect team knowledge.
- Coaching team members and providing senior guidance and problem-solving support on complex projects.
- Translating audience and research data into clear business implications, actions and compelling commercial stories.

- Partnering across the organisation to ensure audience intelligence is applied effectively to business opportunities.
- Supporting strategic transformation initiatives, including recent methodologies, tools, products, processes and external partners.

At NOVA, Radical Empathy means understanding what others need and responding with care. In this role, that means balancing high standards with practical support, listening closely to stakeholders and helping the team do its best work.

This can be demonstrated by:

- Creating clear priorities and realistic expectations so the team can deliver consistently without losing sight of quality.
- Coaching people in a constructive, practical way that builds confidence, capability and accountability.
- Listening to stakeholder needs and translating them into focused, useful and actionable audience intelligence.
- Communicating complex data and research in a way that is accessible to different audiences and decision-makers.
- Stepping into delivery during high-demand periods and leading by example when the team needs support.
- Building trusted relationships across functions and working collaboratively through change.
- Skills that help you succeed in this role:
- 7–10+ years’ experience in audience intelligence, insights, research, analytics or media measurement, ideally within media, audio, publishing, broadcasting or an agency environment.
- Deep expertise in audience measurement, market research, media data and industry tools, with outstanding analytical and critical-thinking capability.
- Demonstrated operational leadership, including workflow management,

prioritisation, quality assurance and team delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach, with strong organisation, attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.

What’s in it for you

- Free pre-pay day lunch days to bring the team together.
- Additional leave days, including Anniversary & Loyalty Leave and Give Back Leave.
- Excellent employee benefits from a variety of partners nationally.
- Frequent celebrations and themed days that make work genuinely enjoyable.
- A fun, energetic environment where wins are celebrated and milestones are recognised.
- An inclusive recruitment process where every candidate is considered equitably and supported to succeed.

Interview process

- Please include a short cover letter telling us why this opportunity interests you and the impact you believe you could make within the Audience Intelligence team.
- We aim to contact shortlisted applicants within 5–10 working days of receiving their application.
- If you require any adjustments or considerations during the recruitment process, please let us know in your application.
