Siemens Digital Industries is seeking a commercially driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Perth, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a global technology leader, working with some of Western Australia's most significant customers across the mining, oil & gas and process industries. You will play a key role in strengthening existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and expanding Siemens' presence across the WA industrial market.

In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic end-user accounts, developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their business challenges to deliver innovative automation and digitalisation solutions. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring Siemens remains a trusted technology partner.

You will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, proactively identifying opportunities to expand Siemens' footprint and win new business. Building trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders will be central to your success, alongside delivering a high level of account ownership and customer engagement.

Working closely with our Sales Specialists, Service teams and distribution partners, you will develop and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and create long-term value. You will also maintain strong commercial discipline through effective CRM management, pipeline visibility and accurate sales forecasting.

You will have a strong understanding of industrial automation products and their applications, including PLCs, HMIs, industrial PCs, industrial networking, variable speed drives (VSDs), industrial security and SCADA systems.

Your established network across Western Australia's mining, oil & gas and process industries will be complemented by your ability to identify opportunities,



build relationships and convert them into successful business outcomes.

You will be commercially minded, customer-focused and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, together with a proactive approach to business development, will be essential.

Experience with Siemens automation platforms, particularly PCS 7 DCS, SIMATIC PLCs or SINAMICS drives, would be highly advantageous, although experience with these products is not essential.
