Selection Criteria

- Demonstrate a passion for working in a play based environment for Early Childhood students.
- Have skills and experience in engaging with and catering for students with diverse needs and developing positive relationships
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills to assist in establishing and maintaining close working relationships with students, staff and families.
- Show initiative, work independently, and contribute actively to a energetic team environment and embrace the concept of continuous learning.
- Model and maintain the Catholic ethos and traditions of Our Lady of Grace.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality.

Qualifications Required

- A Certificate III or IV Teacher Assistant Qualification. (Special Needs would be advantageous)
