including coordination and timing Ensuring proper storage and handling of food products Contributing to cost control and minimising food wastage Qualification & experience Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role Experience in Indian cuisine is highly desirable Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic About Company 10 Mary is a brand-recent restaurant located in the heart of Perth, offering a unique fusion of Indian and Western cuisine.
