The Opportunity
As the Delivery Lead, you will lead the delivery of a large-scale data migration and transformation program, managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive governance, planning, risk management and agile delivery across the full project lifecycle. You will also oversee migration,



reconciliation and cutover activities while ensuring compliance with enterprise security, risk and regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience
• 10+ years' Technology Delivery experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise data migration as Delivery Lead, Program Manager or equivalent
• Data Migration experience
• Agile Delivery Experience
• Cloud experience (GCP, Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Background in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services sectors is preferred
• Google Data Platform experience is a plus
