This is a fresh take on entertainment hospitality, with a more sophisticated atmosphere, an exciting kitchen and a stronger food and beverage focus.

The Opportunity
You ll take ownership of the day-to-day bar operation, working closely with the wider venue team to deliver a memorable guest experience.
You ll be involved in:

- Leading, training and motivating the bar team
- Maintaining high standards of beverage quality and service
- Managing stock, ordering and beverage costs
- Supporting rosters and labour management
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with guests




- Working closely with the kitchen and venue leadership
- Bringing fresh ideas to grow sales and elevate the beverage offering

Who Are We Looking For?
You don t need to have held a Bar Manager title before. We re keen to hear from Bar Supervisors, Duty Managers or strong senior bartenders who are ready for more responsibility.
You ll bring:

- Bar leadership or supervisory experience
- A genuine passion for drinks and hospitality
- A hands-on, positive and switched-on approach
- Confidence leading a team and managing busy service
- Commercial awareness and an interest in stock and costs
- A quirky personality, fresh ideas and a desire to grow
