The Opportunity
These are hands-on leadership roles for people who enjoy being part of the action.
You ll lead shifts, support your team, maintain food and service standards, and help drive the restaurant s performance.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

- Leading, coaching and developing team members
- Managing daily restaurant operations and service flow
- Rostering and managing labour against business needs
- Monitoring sales, food costs, stock and waste




- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and brand standards
- Delivering great customer experiences and resolving issues
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Driving sales, team engagement and operational results

Who Should Apply?
