Laurent Bakery in Melbourne's South Yarra is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily café operations, create a welcoming customer experience and coach a vibrant team on the shop floor. You will own service flow, drive sales, manage labour, stock and wastage while ensuring high standards of presentation, food safety and safety procedures.

The role is hands-on with robust floor presence, requiring availability for opening/closing shifts, weekends, and some public holidays.
