Beon Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Field HSE Advisor to join the HSE project delivery team at a Leeston Solar Farm project in Recent Zealand. This hands-on, site-based role supports construction projects across NZ with practical health, safety and environmental guidance.

You will lead, coach and train workers and contractors, implement HSE plans, monitor performance and drive continual safety improvements to ensure compliant and safe project outcomes.
