Role: Salesforce Application Support Hybrid Opportunity 12 Months Long ContractLocation: Melbourne, VIC / Geelong, VIC / Canberra, ACT / Surry Hills ,NSW (3 Days/Week In Office)
Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 application support and resolve complex Salesforce incidents.
- Mentor junior team members and manage critical incidents.
- Apply ITIL practices for incident, request, and service management.
- Coordinate releases, UAT/BVT, change management, and CAB activities.
- Analyse data and identify trends/root causes using Excel.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and communicate technical issues effectively.

Essential Skills

- Salesforce Admin certification: ADM211 or minimum ADM201.
- 7+ years' experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Hands-on team management experience in an enterprise Salesforce environment.
- Robust service delivery and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Vlocity,



Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics and/or Health Cloud.
- Experience using Git Lab for Salesforce deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting, ITIL, and Excel reporting skills.

Desirable

- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Jira and Confluence experience.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
