Your new companyJoin an established organisation in their Wollongong branch, working in a customer-focused showroom environment. This is a outstanding prospect for someone who enjoys helping people, building rapport and being part of a supportive team.
Your new roleAs a Customer Service / Showroom Consultant, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service while helping with enquiries and day-to-day showroom needs. The perfect mix of customer service, retail and administration, ideal for someone who loves people but also enjoys keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing face-to-face and over-the-phone customer service
- Assisting customers with enquiries and finding the right solutions for their needs
- Using internal systems and CRM platforms to manage customer information
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the showroom
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Working closely with the broader branch team

This is a Monday to Friday role, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with an ASAP start.




What you'll need to succeedWe're looking for someone with a great attitude who genuinely enjoys working with people. You'll ideally have:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Retail or showroom experience
- Confidence learning and using CRM systems and other technology
- A proactive, resilient approach and willingness to get stuck in
- The ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

You don't need to come from the exact industry. If you're great with customers, quick to pick up new systems and have the right attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll get in return
