Tony Gollan Racing is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Stable Hands to join our team at our Eagle Farm stable in Brisbane.

The Position:

- Full-time employment – 38 hours per week.
- 1 in 3 weekend roster, with alternative afternoon shifts off.
- Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience.

We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.

Experience saddling and handling young horses will be highly regarded, however, we are happy to provide training to the right candidates. Applicants must be confident and experienced in handling horses.

The successful candidates will demonstrate:





- Previous experience working in a racing stable and sound horse-handling skills.
- The ability to work efficiently as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills, including providing feedback to senior staff.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

With multiple runners each weekend, there are regular opportunities to strap horses at race meetings for those interested.
