JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat. What this prospect involves: As the welcoming face and voice of Wynnum Plaza, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, retailers and visitors at our Centre Management office, setting the tone for every interaction that follows. This part-time role blends front-of-house customer service with hands-on property administration, giving you variety across your week rather than a single repetitive task. You'll manage accounts payable processing, support the Operations team with purchase orders and contractor compliance, and keep the Centre running smoothly behind the scenes. At JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this role you'll have genuine ownership over how customers experience the Centre and how efficiently it operates administratively. If you enjoy balancing people-facing work with accurate, detail-driven admin, and want to be part of a close-knit team that values reliability and warmth in equal measure, this could be the right fit. An overview of the role:
• Greet and assist customers, retailers, contractors and visitors at the management office reception, resolving enquiries at first contact wherever possible.
• Manage the office telephone line and general enquiries mailbox, ensuring messages are recorded and actioned promptly.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints courteously, escalating to the Centre Manager where needed and maintaining the feedback register.
• Maintain contractor, visitor and key/access card registers in line with Centre WHS procedures.
• Process creditor invoices accurately and on time through JLL CAAPS,
matching them to purchase orders and the correct budget coding.
• Set up and maintain vendor records, follow up supplier queries, and prepare regular accounts payable reporting.
• Support the Operations team by raising, tracking and closing purchase orders and maintenance work orders.
• Log maintenance requests from retailers and customers and pass them promptly to the Operations team.
• Maintain contractor compliance records, tenant insurance registers and filing in accordance with JLL procedures. Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: Required
