• Drive sales growth and achieve agreed sales targets across the designated territory.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors to maximise sales performance and market presence.
• Actively engage with end users to promote Lincoln Electric products, services and solutions.
• Develop and implement customer sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase revenue.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand sales with existing customers while generating new business opportunities.
• Partner with distributors and end users to identify market opportunities and deliver value-added solutions.
• Support product managers by contributing to market research and customer feedback activities.
• Execute territory plans and customer engagement strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Promote the company's full range of welding, cutting and automation solutions to customers across key industry sectors.
• Conduct regular customer visits and travel extensively throughout the territory to develop business relationships and sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity and pipeline information within CRM systems.




• Participate in special projects and business initiatives as required.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics and collaboration when working with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements and the Lincoln Electric Code of Conduct.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the Regional Sales Manager to support business needs Job Requirements
• Trade qualification, Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an industrial sales setting.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar technical sales or territory sales role, preferably within welding, fabrication, engineering, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of welding and cutting processes, equipment and consumables.
• Sound understanding of welding applications across engineering, fabrication, mining, oil and gas and pipeline industries.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, increase market share and drive profitable business growth.
• Experience developing customer sales plans and executing territory growth strategies.




• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with distributors, end users and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated business development skills with the ability to identify and convert new sales opportunities.
• Experience using SAP, Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
