Trade Sphere Group is seeking trade-qualified Fabricators to join our growing team.
This full-time role supports both our in-house machinery manufacturing at our Penrith facility and external client projects across the dairy food and beverage manufacturing sectors. It's ideal for skilled and adaptable fabricators who thrive in both workshop and site environments, with proven experience in fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, and equipment repairs.

What We’re Looking For

- Trade Certified – Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade)
- Proven fabrication and welding experience (dairy/food/bev sector preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and skills in pneumatics and hydraulics
- High attention to detail, initiative, and a flexible work attitude
- Excellent communication and time management
- A commitment to workplace safety and high customer service standards in manufacturing environments
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

What You’ll Be Doing

Based out of our Penrith workshop, you’ll also work on-site with clients throughout Greater Sydney - with occassioanal national travel opportunities.

- Perform fabrication and welding tasks (MIG/TIG/Stick)
- Support manufacture, maintenance and repair of manufacturing, processing and packaging machinery and associated equipment
- Interpret technical drawings and complete high quality fabrication works
- Use internal systems for job records and time tracking
- Maintain site inductions and safety compliance, including LOTO




- Collaborate with a skilled team on installations and project rollouts
