Casual Cleaning Assistant

Phillip Island / San Remo

Casual – up to 2 days per week (school hours friendly, within reason), plus additional hours as work becomes available.

Bee’s Knees Space Management is a growing local cleaning business servicing residential homes and holiday rentals across Phillip Island and San Remo. We’re currently looking for a friendly, reliable local to join our small, supportive team.

No cleaning experience? No problem! We're more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude, a good work ethic and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

For the right person, this role could develop into a permanent /part time position, with the potential for full time work as the business continues to grow.

About the role

You’ll be assisting with:

- General house cleaning
- Holiday rental / Airbnb cleans
- Maintaining high cleaning standards and attention to detail

All equipment and cleaning products are supplied, and full training is provided.

About you

This role would suit someone who:

- Is organised, punctual and reliable
- Has a strong eye for detail
- Takes pride in their work
- Enjoys working independently and as part of a small team




- Is willing to learn, take direction and have a go
- Lives locally on Phillip Island or in San Remo

Previous cleaning experience is absolutely not essential. We'd much rather train someone who is enthusiastic, dependable and takes pride in doing a job properly.
