We're looking for a Casual Sommelier to join our CBD team, working across Bopp & Tone and our exciting new venue, Gonzo Sydney.

This is an ideal chance for an ambitious hospitality professional looking to deepen their wine knowledge, learn from experienced sommeliers and gain hands-on experience in premium dining environments.

The Role:
Reporting to our Senior Sommelier, you'll support all aspects of wine service while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting guests with wine selections and food pairings
- Supporting wine service during busy restaurant operations
- Assisting with stock control and cellar organisation
- Maintaining wine displays and inventory
- Working closely with restaurant leaders and Sommeliers
- Participating in team wine education and training

About You:
- Experience in premium hospitality, fine dining or wine-focused venues
- WSET Level 2 completed or currently studying
- Passion for wine,



food and hospitality
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- NSW RSA Certificate
- Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
