Hours: Adaptable shifts within our Tuesday to Saturday trading hours, with scope for more hours as bookings grow.

About Lash’d Eyelashes

Lash’d Eyelashes is a specialist lash and brow salon and training business in Ivanhoe. Our owner, Deanna Campese, has over 15 years of industry experience. We’re looking for an artist who can confidently perform lash extensions, lash lifts and brow treatments and who enjoys getting to know the clients behind the appointments. She also runs International Lash Masters, the home of Australia's Flagship Lash and Brow Conference.

You’ll suit this role if you like having a mix of services in your day. You might start with a classic lash refill, welcome a first-time lash lift client, then help a regular decide whether a brow tint or hybrid dye will give her the finish she wants.

What you’ll do

- Perform lash extension full sets and refills with careful isolation, appropriate styling and attention to lash health.
- Perform lash lifts and tints, choosing a result that suits the client’s natural lashes and preferences.
- Provide brow consultations, shaping, waxing and tinting. Our menu also includes hybrid dye and brow lamination.
- Talk clients through their options, explain aftercare in plain language and help them plan their next appointment.
- Manage your appointment times, keep accurate client notes and maintain a clean, hygienic treatment space between clients.




- Work independently during treatments and communicate with the team when bookings change or a client needs extra support.

What we’re looking for

You have relevant training and hands-on experience treating clients across lashes and brows. You’re comfortable managing an appointment from consultation through to aftercare, and you can show us examples of your own work. We value someone who is reliable, takes pride in the details and makes clients feel comfortable speaking up about the look they want.

Experience with Korean lash lifts, brow lamination or hybrid dye is a bonus. We’d also love someone who enjoys capturing a clean before-and-after photo or filming a short treatment clip with client permission. Content creation is optional.

Hours and opportunities to grow

We currently open Tuesday to Saturday. We can discuss shifts around your availability, and there’s room to take on more hours as your client bookings build. We’re also working towards opening on Mondays, which may create additional shifts in future.

If becoming an educator is one of your goals, we’d love to hear about it. Education is already part of our business, and there’s potential for the right artist to build towards an educator role over time.
