About the Roles

Join Vogue Café at Sydney’s world-class Darling Harbour waterfront precinct.

We are seeking passionate, hands-on and customer-focused hospitality professionals to join our leadership team as a full-time FOH Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager.

We welcome applications from candidates at different stages of their hospitality leadership careers, with responsibilities tailored to the appointed role and level of experience.

You will help lead our front-of-house operation across all-day dining, delivering exceptional guest experiences while creating a positive, professional and high-performing environment for the team. Managers will take greater responsibility for venue operations, team development and business performance, while Assistant Managers and Supervisors will support daily operations and lead service on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading or supporting daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Training, motivating and developing the front-of-house team
- Delivering warm, attentive and professional guest experiences
- Handling guest enquiries, feedback and service issues confidently
- Managing or supporting staff rostering, shift allocation, and opening and closing procedures




- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and workplace safety
- Monitoring service quality and ensuring venue procedures are followed
- Working closely with the kitchen, bar and senior management teams
- Overseeing or supporting stock control, cash handling and operational administration
- Creating a positive workplace where all team members can thrive
- For Manager applicants, taking responsibility for operational performance, labour costs, recruitment and continuous improvement

About You

- Previous experience as a FOH Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant or all-day dining venue
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example
- A calm, reliable and confident manner during busy services
- Sound knowledge of wine, cocktails and spirits is highly regarded
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Full Australian working rights

- For Manager applicants, demonstrated experience leading teams, managing venue operations and achieving business targets
