Sanitarium is a progressive and agile Australian-owned business that produces some of Australia’s leading food and beverage brands, including Weet-Bix, UP&GO;, So Good and The Alternative Dairy Co. The Opportunity Are you studying Business, Commerce, Marketing or Communications and looking for an opportunity to put what you’re learning into practice? This internship gives you the chance to gain real, hands-on experience across Sales and Marketing, working alongside experienced teams and getting exposure to the fast-paced world of FMCG. You won’t just be observing from the sidelines. You’ll contribute to real projects, work with sales and marketing data, support product launches and help bring ideas to life across the business. This is a 12-month opportunity, working 2 days per week, where you’ll complete two rotations across different teams. What You’ll Be Doing
• Support the preparation of merchandise, trade collateral and industry events.
• Review sales data, competitor activity and retailer catalogues to identify insights and trends.
• Assist with sales, marketing and category reporting and dashboards.
• Help prepare internal, field and retailer presentations.
• Support new product launches,



promotional activity and retailer requirements.
• Contribute to business projects and provide general administration support across each rotation. What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is curious, keen to learn and ready to get involved. You’ll ideally be:
• In the final years of a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with different people
• Organised and able to manage your time well
• Comfortable working with numbers, data and insights
• A creative thinker who enjoys solving problems
• A team player with a positive, customer-focused approach
• Someone with customer service or sales experience, although this is not essential All applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in Australia.
