The Bureau of Meteorology invites applications for the TO3 Officer in Charge role at Giles weather station, a remote posting for about 6 months, with potential for September 2027 deployment. You will lead a small team in an isolated environment, overseeing Upper Air and Surface Observations, instrument maintenance, and data quality monitoring.

Successful candidates will bring remote-work or supervision experience, robust teamwork, safety leadership, and the ability to mentor staff while engaging
