Make a difference, every day
You’ll provide practical, personalised support that respects each client’s choices, dignity and independence. Your role will include:
- Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming.
- Supporting safe mobility and transfers in accordance with care plans.
- Helping with household tasks, meal preparation and laundry.
- Encouraging social connection and participation in the community.
- Providing medication reminders in accordance with care plans and your training.
- Observing clients’ wellbeing and promptly reporting changes or concerns through the appropriate channels.
- Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate records of the support provided.
Bring your skills—and your compassion
We’re looking for people who are dependable, communicate warmly and treat others with kindness and respect. You will need:
- Previous experience in home care, aged care or a similar support role.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- A current Police Check.
- A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Availability Monday to Friday.
- The ability to work independently and contribute to a supportive team.
- A current influenza vaccination.
A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent is desirable, and a minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations is preferred.
