Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Wetherill Park is looking for an experienced, trade-qualified mechanic who wants to lead, build and grow with us. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and has the drive to take their career to the next level.

About the role

You’ll keep the workshop running smoothly while still getting on the tools. You’ll work closely with customers, guide the team and take real ownership of how the workshop performs.

Your responsibilities

- Carry out diagnostics, servicing and repairs to a high standard
- Manage workshop workflow, job allocation and productivity
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Mentor and develop the workshop team including apprentices

About you

- Trade-qualified mechanic with solid workshop experience




- Robust mechanical and diagnostic knowledge
- Confident dealing with customers
- Able to manage workflow and keep the team productive
- Passionate about mentoring and developing others
