Care 4 You Support Services are a friendly, community-focused team supporting individuals to live independently and build confidence in their daily lives.

The role involves

- Assisting with daily living activities (e.g., meal prep, personal care, household tasks)
- Supporting community participation, outings, and hobbies (e.g., going to physio or gym, shopping, or attending appointments)
- Helping with transport and appointments
- Writing brief shift notes and communicating with the team or family.

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (or willingness to work towards)
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check (current or willing to obtain)
- Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- First Aid and CPR certification

Personality & Attributes

- Patient, reliable, and empathetic communication style




- Respect for personal boundaries, privacy, and independence
- Interests in e.g., cooking, gardening, board games, or music

- working with individuals with disabilities: 2 years (Required)
