Talent Success is seeking experienced Asphalt Crew Members, Asphalt Rakers and Road Construction Workers for upcoming road resurfacing and infrastructure opportunities across North-West Sydney.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who understand asphalt operations and can work safely within busy road construction environments.

Positions Include

- Asphalt Crew Members
- Asphalt Rakers
- Asphalt Labourers
- Road Surface Preparation Workers
- Experienced Asphalt Paving Crew Members

Your Duties

- Assist with asphalt laying and road resurfacing
- Raking, shovelling and spreading asphalt
- Prepare surfaces for asphalt application
- Assist paving and roller operators
- Maintain a secure and clean worksite
- Follow site safety and traffic management requirements

Essential Requirements

- Previous asphalt or road surfacing experience




- Current Construction White Card
- Physically fit and capable of outdoor manual work
- Reliable transport
- Availability for day, night or weekend shifts
- Strong commitment to workplace safety

Pay: $40.00 – $58.00 per hour

Experience:

- roadworks: 2 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:

- Roller competency / VOC (Required)
- Asphalt paver competency / VOC (Required)
- HR truck licence (Preferred)
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
