Australian Red Cross is seeking a Manager - Community Mobilisation to lead the national approach to engaging volunteers, members and communities. The role drives the Three-Year Plan, fosters innovation in engagement, and aligns mobilisation with the organisation's values and priorities.

You will work across divisions and states to deliver strategic programs, manage complex initiatives, and strengthen participation, volunteering and membership.
