Cuscal is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst to manage and optimise the Dynamics 365 CE platform across Sales, Customer Service and Insights Journeys. You will implement automated workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate, integrate with other systems, and support end users.

The role focuses on governance, data integrity, and end-to-end solution delivery, including test scripting, UAT, and production support in a modern Power Platform workplace.
