Key responsibilities:
- Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining clean and organised kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Assisting with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Availability required:
- Tuesday to Saturday.
- Afternoon and evening availability.
- Hours and finish times may vary depending on business requirements.

We welcome both experienced applicants and individuals looking to gain experience in a commercial kitchen.
Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential. Training and guidance will be provided to successful applicants.
We’re more interested in finding individuals with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to supporting our kitchen team.
