The role
You'll be the face of Mint & Cö., looking after guests from the moment they walk in until they leave happy.

What you'll do

- Greet and seat guests and take reservations
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make menu recommendations
- Look after guests in the dining room and lounge, including shisha service (full training provided)
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar so service runs smoothly
- Handle payments and keep tables, stations and the floor clean and tidy
- Support the team during busy periods and events

What we're looking for

- Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but we'll train the right attitude
- A warm, confident manner and good communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
- Reliability and a strong team attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Full work rights in Australia
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern food or halal service is a bonus
