Love being organised, keeping busy and getting things done?
As a casual Stock & Online Fulfilment Assistant at STRAND, you'll play an important role in keeping your store running smoothly behind the scenes. From getting new deliveries floor-ready to packing and sending online orders on their way, you'll keep stock moving, shelves stocked and our customers happy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Receive, unpack and process deliveries quickly and efficiently
- Pick, pack and fulfil Click & Collect and online orders within 24 hours
- Ensure best sellers are readily available for our customers
- Keep the stockroom safe and organised to brand standards
- Follow security and loss prevention processes
- Assist with stock transfers and stocktakes
- Work closely with the sales team and support them during busy periods
- Reconciling orders against deliveries
- Identifying and recording any discrepancies, and following up with the warehouse to ensure variances are resolved.
Please note: This is a hands-on, physically demanding stock role. You'll need to be comfortable unpacking deliveries and regularly lifting,
bending and reaching as part of your day-to-day work.
