Print Finishing Operator

Join our growing Digital Print & Mailing team at Finsbury Green.

Finsbury Green, a privately owned leader in print, managed services and logistics, is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Digital Print & Mailing team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced production workplace and can adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.

In this role, you will contribute to the production and finishing of high-quality printed and mailing products, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and meeting customer deadlines.

While previous experience in print finishing or a similar production environment would be advantageous, we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.

Above all, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a team-focused approach who will contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a range of digital print finishing equipment.
- Perform finishing tasks including guillotining, folding, stitching and packing.
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet changing production demands and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean,



safe and organised working environment.

- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to move between tasks as production priorities change.
- Well-organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanically minded, with a practical, hands-on approach to work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in print finishing, printing or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
- However, we welcome applications from mechanically minded individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Desirable Skills

- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous experience in mailing or mail processing operations.
- Experience operating other print finishing equipment.
