Brand‑new Volcanos Steakhouse in Pacific Werribee, and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate, hands‑on butcher to join our team.
30–35 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll handle all core butcher duties, including:
- Operating a band saw with confidence
- Breaking down and trimming premium cuts
- Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Handling Aged Steaks
