Harry's Café de Wheels has been a Sydney icon since 1938. We're looking for a hands-on Store Supervisor for our Tempe store: someone who takes pride in running a clean, organised store and leading a small team.

What you'll do

- Run shifts: opening/closing, cash handling and till reconciliation

- Own store presentation: daily cleaning schedules and checklists, front and back of house kept to standard

- Food safety: temperature logs, stock rotation and labelling

- Roster, train and lead the team

- Stock ordering and receiving

- Customer service and food prep

About you

- 2+ years supervising in a café, takeaway or QSR

- Take pride in keeping your store clean and tidy, well above Food Standards Code requirements

- Reliable, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

- Available for early starts, weekends and a rotating roster

- NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willing to get one)

- Lightspeed POS experience is a plus
