The business has proudly produced some of Australia's favourite household names at our NSW location for over 40 years, encompassing the Green's and Lowan brands. Our facility and our dedicated team of people strive daily to go above and beyond the needs of our customers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Fitter working Night Shift - Sunday to Thursday 10:30pm to 6:30pm ($52.72 per hour + 30% loading)

Key responsibilities:

- The delivery of reliable, efficient and safe routine preventative maintenance activities.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with plant and machinery.
- Responding to breakdowns through prioritising and carrying out repairs in a safe manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis on failures and ensuring follow up on identified actions.
- Develop & maintain a close and collaborative working relationships across the Maintenance and Production teams.
- Completion of all documentation and record keeping requirements in a timely manner.

About You

- Mechanical/Trade certificate




- Demonstrated experience as an industrial Fitter, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Excellent fault finding and trouble shooting skills, with a solution based mindset.
- A continuous improvement approach to all tasks with a can-do attitude

Please note: As a pre-requisite for this role, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol screening.
