The opportunity

We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Showroom Sales & Customer Experience Assistant to join our Brighton East team during the busy Christmas and New Year trading period.

You’ll help customers explore our products, understand their options and choose a setup that suits their space, needs and budget. You’ll also prepare quotes, follow up enquiries and contribute to a welcoming, well-presented showroom.

This is a seasonal casual role, with the possibility of ongoing work for someone who performs well and is a strong fit for the team.

What you’ll do

- Welcome showroom visitors and understand what they’re looking for
- Provide clear, helpful advice on BBQ kitchens and outdoor living products
- Prepare accurate quotes and explain product options to customers
- Respond to phone enquiries and support customers through their buying decision




- Follow up quotes and enquiries to help convert interest into sales
- Contribute to team sales goals and promotional activity
- Keep the showroom clean, organised and ready for customers
- Assist with occasional light stock tasks, such as checking deliveries or helping organise products

What you’ll bring

- A warm, professional approach and genuine interest in helping customers
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Confidence learning product details and explaining options clearly
- A reliable, organised approach and the ability to work as part of a team
- Retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Flexibility to work across the Christmas and New Year period
- Essential availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts, plus the ability to cover Friday and Monday shifts when required
- Comfort with occasional light stock handling
