NovaCare is seeking enthusiastic Care Support Workers to assist older adults in the West Lakes region and surrounding areas. The role focuses on helping clients live independently at home with dignity, choice and engagement in daily activities.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, be prepared for versatile shifts Monday to Friday, and bring strong teamwork and communication skills. Excellent first aid, driver's licence and invoicing knowledge are valued.
