Design & Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading global fitout company for an upcoming commercial office refurbishment project in Perth CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established international business with a solid reputation in the commercial fitout market.
The initial project is a 10-week office refurbishment, scheduled to commence at the end of November. You'll work closely with an experienced Project Manager, taking ownership of the day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Implement and maintain adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to review plans, specifications and construction documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with the client and key stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control and a high standard of workmanship throughout the project.
- Drive the project through to successful completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fitout projects, ideally valued between $1M–$15M.
- Strong knowledge of commercial office refurbishments and fitout construction.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate all aspects of site delivery.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualifications, certifications and licences.
- Current First Aid certification.
